This is fabulous. Makes me want to try and take something similar. Very nicely done (even if I'm itching to push the hen down the picture a bit more). :-)
A vacuous and empty, and beatifully simple. I agree with Andromeda that if the subject was lower in the frame, it would be slightly better balanced. But it's a lovely shot. No shadows at all!
